What do I do if the software CD doesn't start during installation?
On Windows, browse to your computer, double-click the CD/DVD drive icon with the HP logo, and then double-click setup.exe. On Mac, double-click the CD icon on your desktop, and then double-click HP Installer. (Page 1)
