What should I do if the printer software installation fails on Windows?
Remove the CD from the CD/DVD drive and disconnect the USB cable from the computer, then restart the computer. After restarting, insert the printer software CD again and follow the on-screen instructions, making sure not to connect the USB cable until prompted to do so. (Page 3)
