What should I do if my HP Recovery media doesn't work?
If your recovery media does not function properly, contact support to obtain new recovery discs for your system. Refer to the Worldwide Telephone Numbers booklet included with your computer or visit http://www.hp.com/support and follow on-screen instructions to get appropriate assistance (Page 5).
