How do I restart Wi-Fi setup mode if the wireless light is not blinking blue?

Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button simultaneously for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi light blinks blue. Then wait for the printer to restart, open the HP Smart app, and add the printer. If needed, swipe right or left on the top of the home screen to find the Add Printer option. (Page 3)
