No, the IQOS Iluma Prime Pocket Charger and Holder are not compatible with previous IQOS generations, including IQOS 2.4, 2.4 Plus, 3, and 3 Duo. You must only use tobacco sticks specifically designed for IQOS Iluma devices, and specifically designed tobacco sticks should not be used with previous IQOS device generations such as the IQOS 3 DUO or earlier. Can I use the IQOS Iluma Prime in wet conditions or clean it with cleaning agents?
No, the IQOS Iluma Prime, Power Adaptor, and Charging Cable should not be exposed to any liquid, and you should not touch them if they become wet or have been immersed in liquid. You must not clean the device with any cleaning agent, but you should periodically clean the USB charging port to avoid accumulation of dust or foreign materials. (Page 11)
Who is the IQOS Iluma Prime intended for, and are there any groups who should not use it?
