How do I fill the steam feeder with water?

Pull out the drawer, slide the lever forward to the OPEN position and lift out the steam feeder, then open the lid and fill the steam feeder up to the filter screen with tap water only. Place the steam feeder back into position and slide the lever to the rear or push it fully seated. Only use water, not distilled water, foreign substances, or detergents. (Page 27)
