What should I do if my coffee maker won't brew?

Check that the K-Cup pod handle is pushed down securely. If the add water light is illuminated, fill the water reservoir to the MAX fill line and ensure it is seated properly. If all buttons blink simultaneously, contact Customer Service. If the 8, 10, and 12 button lights illuminate solid simultaneously, lift the handle, remove any K-Cup pod, close the handle, place a large mug on the drip tray, press the POD button once, and the coffee maker may dispense hot water and lights will turn off.
