Why does my K-Duo Coffee Maker keep turning off or has no power?
Make sure you have pressed the POWER button to turn the machine on. Plug the coffee maker into its own grounded outlet, as plugging it into an overloaded circuit with other appliances may prevent it from functioning properly. The coffee maker is set to automatically turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity for energy savings—simply press POWER again to reactivate it. If the machine still has no power after these steps, contact Customer Service at 1-800-361-5628. (Page 6)
