Why won't my K-Duo Coffee Maker brew and how do I fix it?

Check that you've pushed the K-Cup pod handle down securely after inserting the pod. If the 'Add Water' light is on, fill the water reservoir to the MAX line and ensure it's seated properly in its base. If all buttons blink simultaneously or the 8, 10, and 12 buttons all illuminate solid at the same time, lift the handle, remove any K-Cup pod, close the handle, place a mug on the drip tray, press POD once, and let the machine dispense hot water. If the machine still won't brew after these steps, contact Customer Service. (Page 6)
