What should I do if I experience problems due to high altitude?

For high altitude brewing issues, slowly press down on the K-Cup in the holder while lifting handle up after placing pod until bottom is punctured by exit needle. Brew in smaller increments and perform a carafe rinse following non-use periods to clear pipes of residue. (Page 4)
