How do I enable High Altitude Brewing Mode?
High Altitude Brewing Mode should be enabled if you are brewing at altitudes above 1,500 m/5,000 ft. To enable it, power the coffee maker off while it is plugged in, then press and hold the Strong and 237 ml/8 oz Small Mug buttons for 3 seconds — both lights will blink 3 times to confirm activation. You should also manually push the K-Cup pod down in the holder until the bottom is punctured by the exit needle before brewing. (Page 2)
