How do I set up and do the initial cleansing brew on my K Select K80?

Remove packing tape, plug into a grounded outlet, and place a large mug (355 ml/12 oz minimum) on the drip tray. Remove the water reservoir lid, rinse the reservoir with fresh water, fill to the MAX fill line, and replace it. Press the power button and wait about 3 minutes for the water to heat, then lift and lower the handle without a K-Cup pod and press the small cup (117 ml/6 oz) button to run a cleansing brew, pouring the hot water into the sink.
