What are the torque specifications for tightening terminal connections?

For drives under 5 HP, use 12 lb-in (1.3 Nm) torque with 5/16 inch (8mm) strip length. For larger drives (ESV552 and above), use 16-27 lb-in (1.8-3.05 Nm) depending on the model. For NEMA 4X/IP65 door screws, use 6-7 lb-in (0.67-0.79 Nm).
