What items should not be washed in my dishwasher?

You should not wash wooden items, cast iron, pewter, tin, or gold-plated flatware in your dishwasher (Page 2). Additionally, do not wash antique or hand-painted china, antique or delicate crystal, or items with commercial 'darkening' finishes.
