What should I do if I forget to add an item before starting the cycle?

Press the Delay/Resume pad or unlatch the door and wait for water circulation to stop. Open the door, add the item, close and latch the door, and if you pressed Delay/Resume, press it again to restart. The cycle will resume automatically after five seconds from the point of interruption.
