Why is my dishwasher not drying dishes properly?

Proper drying requires the use of rinse aid along with the Heated Dry option. Without rinse aid, dishes and the dishwasher interior will have excessive moisture, and the Heated Dry option will not perform as well. Note that plastic items and items with nonstick surfaces are difficult to dry due to their porous surfaces, so towel drying may be necessary for those. (Pages 4, 10)
