How should I clean the exterior and interior of my washing machine?

For the exterior, clean the control panel with a soft, damp cloth (no abrasive powders or sprays), and clean the cabinet with soap and water. For the interior, run cleansing cycles periodically to remove dirt, odors, mold, or mildew, and use a cleaner labeled 'Washer safe' if needed for hard water deposits.
