The door will not open if water remains in the drum — drain the drum first and then open the door manually. The door lock light must be off before the door will open, and it may take a few moments for the door lock mechanism to disengage after pressing Start/Pause. If the power cord was unplugged during operation, plug it back in, turn on the power, and press and hold Start/Pause to stop the operation. (Page 18)

For the exterior, clean the control panel with a soft, damp cloth (no abrasive powders or sprays), and clean the cabinet with soap and water. For the interior, run cleansing cycles periodically to remove dirt, odors, mold, or mildew, and use a cleaner labeled 'Washer safe' if needed for hard water deposits. Always turn off the water taps after washing and leave the door open to allow the inside to dry. (Page 16)

Turn off the washer and unplug the power cord, then pour warm water over the water tap to loosen the water hose. Disconnect the water hose and soak it in warm water, then pour warm water into the drum and leave it for about 10 minutes before reconnecting the hose. If the washer still does not operate normally, repeat these steps. (Page 16)

Do not wash items contaminated with gasoline, kerosene, benzene, paint thinner, oils, alcohol, or other flammable or explosive substances, as this may result in electric shock, fire, or explosion. Avoid washing waterproof seats, mats, or clothing unless the washer has a special cycle for them, and do not wash throw rugs or doormats with rubber backing. Also, never place objects other than laundry — such as shoes, food waste, or animals — inside the washer. (Pages 5, 7)

Power off, then power on the washer, and hold down Temp. and Delay End simultaneously for 3 seconds until the 'CB' message appears. Press Start/Pause to run the Calibration cycle; the drum will rotate clockwise and counter-clockwise for about 3 minutes. When complete, '0' appears on the display and the washer turns off automatically. Make sure the drum is empty before running Calibration. (Page 30)

Loosen all shipping bolts on the rear of the machine using the supplied spanner, then fill the holes with the supplied plastic bolt caps. Keep the shipping bolts for future use in case you need to move the product. Failure to remove the shipping bolts before use can cause damage to the washer. (Page 24)

The proper water pressure for this washer is between 20–116 psi (137–800 kPa). Water pressure less than 20 psi (137 kPa) may cause the water valve not to close completely, or may cause the washer to take longer to fill and turn off. Faucets must be within 4 feet (122 cm) from the rear of the washer so that the provided inlet hoses reach. (Page 20)

The '4C' information code indicates that the mesh filter of the water hose is clogged. To fix it, turn off the washer, unplug the power cord, close the water tap, disconnect the water hose, and pull out the mesh filter using pliers. Submerge it in water, dry it completely in the shade, then reinsert it and reconnect the hose. (Page 49)

The '5C' information code means the pump filter is clogged. To clean it, turn off and unplug the washer, drain remaining water using the emergency drain, open the filter cover, turn the pump filter knob to the left, and clean it with a soft brush. It is advisable to clean the pump filter every 2 months to prevent clogging. (Page 50)

Press and hold both the Temp. and Spin buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to activate Child Lock; the door locks and the 'Child Lock' lamp illuminates. To deactivate, press and hold both the Temp. and Spin buttons simultaneously for approximately 3 seconds again. Note that the Child Lock function continues working even if the power is turned off. (Page 43)

It is recommended to run the Drum Clean+ cycle once every 40 washes with the drum empty and no detergent or bleach added. To run it, press Power, turn the Cycle Selector to Drum Clean+, and press and hold Start/Pause. The water temperature is set to 70°C and cannot be changed. (Page 47)

Power off and unplug the washer, then open the filter cover and place an empty container nearby. Pull out the emergency drain tube, open the tube cap, and let the water flow into the container. When done, close the tube cap, reinsert the tube, and close the filter cover. (Page 48)

Always use low-suds HE (high efficiency) laundry detergent designed for automatic washers; non-HE detergent, organic detergent, natural detergent, or HE detergents with natural ingredients such as vinegar or baking soda are not recommended. For the Wool/Delicates cycle specifically, use only a neutral liquid detergent, as powdered detergent can remain on laundry and discolor it. Tablet or capsule type detergents must be placed directly into the drum, not the detergent drawer. (Page 31–32)
