How do I perform an emergency drain if the power goes out?

Power off and unplug the washer, then open the filter cover. Put an empty container around the cover and stretch the emergency drain tube to the container while holding the tube cap. Open the tube cap and let water flow into the container, then close the cap and reinsert the tube before closing the filter cover.
