What should I do if the washer is not draining or spinning?

Check that the drain hose is not kinked, obstructed, or frozen, and make sure the debris filter is not clogged. Ensure the door is properly closed and that the drain hose is inserted 6 to 8 inches inside the drain pipe. Also confirm the washer is level and has sufficient power supply. (Page 18)
