How do I reset the WH-1000XM4 without deleting my pairing information?
Press the Power and CUSTOM buttons simultaneously while the unit is charging. The unit will reset but pairing information stored in the unit will not be deleted. Use this method first if the unit is not operating properly. If the problem persists, you will need to perform a full initialization. (Page 1)
