How do I connect a portable dishwasher to my faucet?

A special adapter must be installed on the faucet before connecting the dishwasher. Remove the screen holder, aerator, screen, and washer from the faucet end. For faucets with external threads, insert two screens and a thin washer into the adapter and attach it to the faucet. For internal threads, insert two screens, a thin washer, and a thick washer, then attach. Then pull the hoses from storage, pull down on the locking collar while lifting the hose connector onto the faucet adapter, and turn on the hot water slowly. (Page 9)
