Why won't my dryer start?

Make sure the dryer door is closed completely and that you are pressing and holding the PUSH to START knob firmly until the drum begins moving. Electric dryers require a 240-volt power supply, and a blown household fuse or tripped circuit breaker can also prevent the dryer from running. Use a time-delay fuse if the wrong type of fuse has been installed. (Page 11)
