Why are my ice cubes hollow or small?

Hollow or small ice cubes indicate low water pressure. Check that the water shutoff valve is fully open, verify there are no kinks in the water source line, and if you have a reverse osmosis water filtration system connected, it may be decreasing water pressure. If problems persist, call a licensed, qualified plumber.
