How do I activate Sabbath Mode on my oven?

Touch and hold SET CLOCK and TIMER until SELE dEG appears. Press + or - until SAb appears, then press SET CLOCK. Press + or - to select ON to activate Sabbath Mode. Hold SET CLOCK until the clock appears. You then have 5 minutes to turn the knob to BAKE, set the TEMPERATURE, and press LIGHT if desired before the 72-hour cycle activates.
