Yes, reduce the recipe temperature by 25°F when using convection bake mode. You should also check food for doneness earlier than the recipe suggests, as convection cooking reduces cooking time. Do not use convection bake for custards, quiches, pumpkin pie, or cheesecakes — use standard bake instead. (Page 9)
