The Cottons (Algodón/Algodão) programme supports a maximum load of 7 kg and a maximum spin speed of 1200 rpm. The temperature range for this programme is cold up to 90°C. (Page 28)

Press the Delay (3) button repeatedly until the required number of hours is displayed; the start can be delayed in one-hour increments up to a maximum of 24 hours. Then press the Start/Pause (Inicio/Pausa) button to confirm, and the time remaining until the end of the programme will be shown in the display panel. (Page 14)

In the event of a power cut, you can release the door mechanically using the emergency release. Turn the programme selector to Stop (Off), unplug the mains plug, open the base panel, drain out the water, then pull the emergency release downwards and open the door at the same time. Make sure there is no water or hot detergent solution in the machine before opening the door, and never open it while the drum is still turning. (Page 22)

The water pressure in the mains supply should be between 50–900 kPa (0.5–9 bar), which equates to at least 8 litres of water flowing out per minute when the tap is turned on. If the water pressure exceeds this range, a pressure reducing valve must be installed. Only cold drinking water should be used, and the machine must not be connected to the mixer tap of an unpressurised hot-water boiler. (Page 26)

Press and hold the Inicio/Pausa (Start/Pause) button until '‹‹‹‹' appears in the display panel and the three programme progress indicator lamps light up. This reset function returns the machine to its original settings. You will need to reselect your desired programme and options after the reset. (Page 16)

Run a wash cycle without any laundry loaded to remove any water left over from factory testing. Add half a measuring cup of detergent to compartment II, close the door, turn on the tap, and run a 60°C programme. After the programme ends, leave the door open to allow the inside to dry out. (Page 8)

The fault code '‹˜"Ÿ' or '"‚„' indicates that the washing machine door is not closed properly — try closing the door firmly. The fault code '"‹†' means water is not flowing in, and '˜—¯˜' or '"‹‡' means water is not being emptied. For each fault, refer to the troubleshooting table for the appropriate remedial action. Use the key provided to unscrew all transport safety bolts from the rear of the washing machine and remove them completely, also taking the mains cable out of the retainers. Insert the provided protective covers into the openings left behind. Keep the bolts in a safe place in case you need to transport the appliance again in the future. (Page 25)

First, remove the service panel and drain out the water using the drain hose before carefully unscrewing the pump cover. Clean the interior, pump cover thread, and pump housing, ensuring the impeller inside the pump can rotate freely. Refit and tightly screw on the pump cover, then pour 1 litre of water into compartment II and run the Empty programme to prevent unused detergent from flowing into the drain. (Page 18)

For heavily soiled laundry, select the programme with Prewash and add one quarter of the recommended detergent amount to compartment I and three quarters to compartment II. Only use liquid detergent for the main wash cycle when using Prewash. You can either place the liquid detergent in a measuring aid in the drum or pour it into compartment II after folding down the liquid detergent insert. (Page 11)
