What should I do if the door cannot be opened?

If the door is locked because Rinse stop ($ symbol) is selected, choose the programme Drain + Spin and press Start/Pause. If the programme is running or the door is locked for safety reasons, wait until the end symbol appears on the display. In case of power failure, unlock the door mechanically by opening the base panel, draining the water, and pulling the emergency release downwards.
