Why is my snow blower not self-propelling?

The most likely causes are an auger control cable that is out of adjustment or a loose or damaged auger drive belt. You should first try adjusting the auger control cable as described in the Service and Maintenance section, and if that does not resolve the issue, replace the auger drive belt. (Page 17)
