What should I do with the Consumer Product Ownership Registration card?

Fill out and return the Consumer Product Ownership Registration card that is packed with your dishwasher (Page 2). If you cannot find it, send in the duplicate card printed in the back of the manual. Proof of the original purchase date is needed to obtain service under the warranty.
