What does the warranty cover and how do I get warranty service?
The Keurig K Select is covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the use of non-Keurig pods or accessories, service by unauthorized providers, or external causes such as abuse or misuse. To obtain warranty service, call Keurig Customer Service at 1-800-361-5628 to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before sending the unit in — coffee makers returned without an RMA number will be sent back unserviced.
