How do I lock the dishwasher controls to prevent unintended use?

Press and hold HEATED DRY for 4 seconds to turn on the control lock; the lock light will glow. When locked, all buttons are disabled and any button press will cause the light to flash 3 times with the selection ignored. To turn off the lock, press and hold HEATED DRY again for 4 seconds until the light turns off. Note that the dishwasher door can still be opened while controls are locked. (Page 17)
