To start a wash cycle, scrape large food soil from dishes, load the dishwasher properly, add detergent, and check the rinse aid dispenser. Push the door firmly closed until it latches, run hot water at the nearest sink until hot, then press your desired cycle and option selections, and press START/RESUME. If the door is opened during a cycle or power is interrupted, the Start/Resume indicator flashes and the cycle will not resume until the door is closed and START/RESUME is pressed. (Page 7)
