Why are my clothes not drying satisfactorily or taking too long to dry?

Common causes include a clogged lint screen, a blocked or kinked exhaust vent, incorrect power supply (electric dryers require 240-volt power), or the dryer not being level so clothes don't contact the moisture sensor strips. You should also ensure the exhaust vent is the correct 4-inch (102 mm) diameter and is not too long or has too many turns, as long venting increases drying times. (Page 15-16)
