How do I activate the beeping sound on the mTwisT dial?

Turn on all cooking zones to level 3, then turn each cooking zone off one at a time in order (Front Right, Rear Right, Rear Left, Front Left), and finally press and hold the power key until it beeps for about five seconds. To turn the knob sound off, repeat the same steps. (Page 4)
