Touch and hold the Panel Lock pad for three seconds; a light above the pad will stay lit confirming the panel is locked. To unlock, touch and hold the Panel Lock pad again for three seconds until the light disappears. Note that the cooktop cannot be locked while a surface element is operating. (Page 6)
