How do I reset the cooktop to factory settings?

To restore factory settings, access the Basic Settings menu by turning on the cooktop and touching the Kitchen Timer key (Benchmark Series) or Timer key (800 Series) for about 4 seconds within 10 seconds of turning on. Navigate to setting ™‹ and select ‚ to restore factory settings. Turn the cooktop off with the main switch to exit the basic settings menu. (Page 31-32)
