What cookware is compatible with the induction cooktop, and what should be avoided?

Only cookware suitable for induction cooking should be used on the induction cooktop zones. Cookware with rough bottoms can scratch the glass ceramic surface, and using pans or pots that are empty should be avoided. Additionally, salt, sugar, and grains of sand will scratch the glass ceramic surface, so the cooktop should never be used as a working surface or for setting things down. (Page 9, 15)
