How do I know when the auger paddles need to be replaced, and how do I order new ones?

The rubber auger paddles should be replaced if any signs of excessive wear are present, and you must not allow them to wear to the point where the metal auger itself can contact the pavement, as this can cause serious damage to the snow blower.
