What are the safety requirements for using the electric starter?
The electric starter requires a grounded three-prong 120-volt AC outlet and an extension cord rated for 15 amps at 125 volts, grounded and rated for outdoor use. Do not use the electric starter in the rain. When disconnecting, always unplug the wall outlet end before unplugging the snow blower end. (Pages 5, 11)
