What should I do if the engine fails to start?

Check that the fuel tank is not empty or using stale fuel, that the ignition key is fully inserted, and that the spark plug wire is connected. If the engine is flooded from excessive priming, wait at least ten minutes before attempting to start again. (Page 17)
