What should I do to prepare the snow blower for off-season storage?

Remove all fuel from the tank by running the engine until it stops, then change the engine oil. Remove the spark plug, pour approximately 1 oz. (30 ml) of clean engine oil into the cylinder, pull the recoil starter several times to distribute the oil, and reinstall the spark plug. Store the machine in a clean, dry, well-ventilated area away from any appliance with an open flame or pilot light, and avoid high-humidity storage areas. (Page 16)
