How should I clean the interior of the refrigerator, and what products should I avoid?

Unplug the refrigerator, then hand-wash removable parts and interior surfaces using a clean sponge or soft cloth with mild detergent in warm water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaners such as window sprays, scouring cleansers, flammable fluids, bleaches, or cleaners containing petroleum products on plastic parts, interior liners, or gaskets.
